Take accountability for what you had control over in the past. Forgive and learn. Do not hold on. You can’t change the past, you can learn from it and do better
Don’t worry about the future. It is largely out of your control. Focus on only what you can do and influence.
All you have true control over is yourself, your perspective, your reactions. The way you see a situation influences how you feel, and you control your response. Externals, including other people are not in your control. It is in your control whether to tolerate it.
